Do I have to pay to list my space?
Staytion is completely free to use, and all bookings are supported by our team.
Who can list on Staytion?
Staytion works well for all types of spaces, from homes and galleries to photo studios and warehouses. People come to Staytion to hold meetings, events, and even movie and photo sessions.
When will my Space be live?
You can open your property for bookings on our site once you've finished creating your listing. We may require you to verify your property before you can begin accepting bookings.
How do I get paid?
Payment is made directly to the banking information provided during your registration process
What are Staytion's fees?
When you get paid, Staytion typically charges a flat service fee from as low as 15% of the reservation subtotal.
When will the payout be?
Every 60 days, a Statement of Account (SOA) will be sent to your inbox and payment to be credited to you by mid-month for all completed bookings of the previous month.
